Which was initially said rental cost was as part of cost with the diagnostic, but was never restated that it was not included in the repair warranty until I came to pick up the vehicle. PORT ORCHARD, WA | 2018 GMC Yukon XLNovember 12, 2025I just had my second bad experience in a row of either bad reccomendations, wrong advise or over sales. Twice in less than six months. This second time I was told I needed a new radiator and coolant lines were leaking. This answer seemed very odd with the problems I was having and didn't actually address some of the concerns. I took it somewhere else and a thermostat and coolant sensor were needed - which made sense given the issues I was having.. The radiator and coolant lines were tested and just fine. (as they were at my oil change at another GMC dealership just a couple weeks prior.) The car has been repaired and working perfectly. The other visit new spark plugs were advised (ignititon coil was the problem) in addition and I had just had them replaced a few months prior. This service department is either unskilled in diagnostics or 'over treating/selling'. Both visits took several days for diagnostics compared to other places as well. I will not bring back here again unless it just happens to be the closest place I can drag a car to, and hopefully I won't be in that situation again.Response from Haselwood Chevrolet GMC
